We want you to love your home — if something's not right, we'll make it easy to sort out.

Return window You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return Email hello@nestandco.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Who pays for return shipping

• Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items Final sale items, couch and pillow covers.
