About us

Nest & Co was born from our own experience of renting. After moving to Manchester and into our first flat together, we wanted to create a home that felt like ours—without damaging the space or investing in furniture that wasn't made to move.

We started Nest & Co to help others do the same. Our thoughtfully curated homeware is designed to be lightweight, easy to move, and full of personality, making it simple to create a home you love, wherever life takes you.

Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking details.

    Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order dispatches. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@nestandco.store.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your home — if something's not right, we'll make it easy to sort out.

Return window You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return Email hello@nestandco.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect item: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items Final sale items, couch and pillow covers.
